I get it - life happens! Even the best laid plans get derailed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. A pattern of last minute cancellations might result in a booking fee for future appointments.

If you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of any type of illness, please reschedule (even if it’s last minute), and I’ll do the same. Rest assured I do my very best to keep my space sanitized & healthy. When it comes to germs, NOT sharing is caring!

Running late? Please text me! (727) 378-2328. I’ll make every effort to complete the services you’ve scheduled, but arriving 15 min. late or more might result in us having to omit part of your service (like blowdry/styling), or do a shorter service (for example, a partial highlight instead of full). Any ETA later than 15 min. may result in rescheduling.

If you haven’t arrived or texted 15 min. after you scheduled appointment, your appointment will be forfeited, & a client on my waiting list will be offered your time slot. If you don’t show up or text at all, you won’t be able to use my online scheduling anymore, and will need to reach out directly to see if I can offer you a future time slot.

I want you to love your hair! If there’s anything that’s not quite right, please text me (727-378-2328) within 7 days of your service so I can give you a complimentary adjustment. Whether it’s a cut that seems ‘off’ when you style it yourself; or color that doesn’t look like you expected, let’s make it better!

But please keep in mind that I’m a solo stylist in my own private, cozy room. More than a couple of people likely won’t fit!
I also want to make sure that YOU, the client, are the star of the show & my sole focus.

There are chairs near the main entrance for extra folks that want to wait.

There are many dangers, like chemicals and sharp & hot tools that little hands could easily grab! Please don’t have small children accompany you, especially during lengthy services. It’s no fun for them, & instead of worrying about their safety, I want to put all my attention on providing you with excellent service & gorgeous hair!

I do give cuts to all ages, as long as they are a willing participant. At the first sign of trauma or distress, the appointment stops & payment will be due in full.
